Building
What Matters.
Christopher Forsythe is a social impact entrepreneur and community development leader based in Ghana, spanning youth empowerment, sport for development, and healthcare innovation.

"Meaningful change is built through people, persistence, and purpose."Christopher Antoh Forsythe
A life built
on purpose.
Christopher Forsythe's story did not begin with a strategy or a masterplan. It began with a simple act: reaching out to a football club chairman in Belfast and asking whether there were any spare kits that could be taken back to a community in Sunyani, Ghana.
That conversation started something that has never stopped. From that first kit donation to a registered charity delivering the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and from a community pitch in Brong Ahafo to an organisation that helped unearth one of Ghana's most celebrated footballers, the journey has been shaped by persistence, purpose, and the sustained belief that sport and community can change lives.

Two decades of community work: from Belfast to Sunyani, from grassroots football to healthcare innovation.

Philosophy in his own words.
Leadership is often celebrated during moments of visible success, but some of the most important lessons emerge during uncertainty, criticism, isolation, and rebuilding.
A person's journey cannot be reduced to headlines, criticism, or isolated moments. Growth often happens quietly through endurance, rebuilding, and the decision to continue forward.
Some of the most meaningful journeys are built not through perfection, but through persistence, purpose, reinvention, and the courage to continue building despite adversity.
Thoughts on
building what matters.
A practitioner
on the stage.
Christopher Forsythe does not speak from theory. He speaks from two decades of community work, social entrepreneurship, and sustained engagement with some of Ghana and West Africa's most pressing development challenges.

Africa Does Not Need Saving. It Needs Partners.
"Development that does not begin with people will never truly belong to them. I have spent my life trying to close the gap between what is and what should be. Not because it is easy. Because it is necessary."Christopher Antoh Forsythe
